How much is the monthly rent?

Rent varies between each apartment complex and size of unit. Our most budget friendly option is a 1 bedroom unit at the Highlands starting at just $1,300/month. We also have options for brand new luxury apartments at Kittyhawk II with upgrades such as a gourmet equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and stone counters, private patio, and a washer & dryer provided inside the apartment. Extra tall ceilings and large windows create a bright and spacious feel. Free off-street parking is also included with optional upgrade to a private garage. 

What is required for an application to be approved?

We have the same criteria for every applicant which includes good credit, verifiable employment or income, excellent landlord references or proof of home ownership.

Is there an application fee?

There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.

What utilities are included?

Rent at the Highlands & Kittyhawk I includes heat & hot water, garbage, snow plowing and landscaping. The tenant just pays for their own electricity, internet and any tv services.

Kittyhawk II rent includes water & sewer, garbage, snow plowing and landscaping. The tenant pays for their own thermostat controlled central heat/air, hot water and electricity based on individual usage. Kittyhawk II was newly constructed in 2024 with highly efficient windows, upgraded insulation and energy star appliances resulting in lower utility bills for tenants.

Do you allow pets?

We have a limited number of pet friendly units for mature pets that have excellent references from a previous landlord. We do not accept puppies, certain dog breeds prohibited by our insurance company and dogs weighing over 40 lbs.. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required and a monthly pet fee of $50/month for approved dogs and $50/month for approved cats.

How much is the Security Deposit?

The Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due once the application has been approved to hold the apartment.

How do I fill out an application?

You can fill out our application from your smart phone, laptop, desktop or you are welcome to contact us to schedule a time to pick up a paper copy to fill out.

How long will it take to find out if my application was approved?

It takes most people 30 minutes to complete our online application along with a credit check/background check (only a soft pull on your credit so it will not negatively impact credit scores). Once the application is completed, our team will typically take 3-5 business days to check prior landlords references and confirm employment, etc..

Do my roommate & I both need to be on the application?

Yes. Anyone residing in the apartment will need to be on the application. We offer a unique floor plan with 2 bedrooms on opposite side of the apartment, each with their own bathroom, to allow for optimal privacy for roommates.

Do you offer covered parking?

Yes. We have a limited number of covered garages available on a first come, first served basis for an additional $125/month.

Do you have any units that allow smoking?

No. All of our apartment complexes are non-smoking properties and no smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
